As a trainer I specialize in increasing women’s overall strength with body weight movements and resistance training including bands, dumbbells and the TRX suspension trainer. For cardio vascular exercise high intensity interval training (HIIT) or steady state cardio options are available depending on your individual goals. And with my yoga background, flexibility is always worked into each routine as finding length in the body will improve your recovery time and stave off injury.
The best part about hiring a personal trainer is the PERSONAL part! I formulate a plan that is best for each individual, considering your specialties, desires and limiting factors like injuries. I know there are a lot of different options out there for you, but only a personal trainer can design a plan that is especially for you. Sounds fabulous, right?
This includes taking into account the equipment you already own and the space you have available in your home or workout facility. At this time I offer in home training within 15 miles of zip code 77380 (The Woodlands, Texas). This is not always an option but I may be able to go into your gym facility depending on the rules with outside trainers. I also teach classes and see personal training clients at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Sam Houston University as well as an AFAA certified Personal Trainer, AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified TRX Suspension Trainer and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Instructor.
