One Minute Meditation

Can you spare one minute of your day today?

Why not start out your morning by closing your eyes and wiping the slate clean for 60 seconds.  Breathe in, breathe out.  Think of a mantra or personal saying that inspires you.  Know it.  Repeat it.  Believe it.

I mean, if meditation cured Don Draper it has to be pretty powerful.  He was a messed up dude, devastatingly handsome nonetheless.  Hey boy hey!  

Here a few mantra/personal saying suggestions in case you’re shooting blanks:
‘Believe in your future self.’
‘Make room for creative adventures.’
‘The one who is brave is free.’
‘Hope in the things unseen’.
‘Find your happy.’  —or should I say giddy?!
